Barnyard bath

Draped in a towel and trying to look like Boynton's barnyard cow after I've taken my bath ...

How many calories?

Papa had to stay back a bit late for a meeting today, so mama and me trooped over to NUS Macs for dinner.

Maths question for my readers: I had 3oz of corn, 1.5 pc of nuggets, half of a medium pack of fries, and half a cup of orange juice. So how many calories did I consume at dinner today?

Cherelle's 2nd birthday party

(Pics taken on Saturday) Carrying Cherelle's present and waiting for the lift to get to the next block. Excuse the bad hair, as I've just woken up from a two hour nap.

Cherelle was playing on her own when I arrived. She didn't want to join the rest of her birthday guests who were playing in her kor kor's room.

Gave her the b-day present and a BIG hug ...

... before I went out to join the rest.

Cherelle counting the number of candles on the cake, while Gladys hovered around her and wondered why she didn't get to cut the cake. Poor Gladys actually wailed very loudly when she found out that we weren't celebrating her birthday on Saturday!

Family pic grabbed from auntie Cynthia's blog.

Thanks for the lovely photoframe, auntie Cynthia! My folks love it!

Pink roses

We picked up two pink roses from the NUS biz school yesterday. Think they were used to adorn a seminar in the afternoon, but were left lying at the side of the road after the event had ended.

Clung on tightly to my pink roses on the 40min bus ride home ...

Didn't even dare to move too much initially in case the petals fell off ...

Decided that the bigger bloomier one would go to por por while the smaller one would go to kong kong!

Fat face

Hoo, my face has definately fattened up over the months. Here are some macro shots taken on the way to school yesterday.

Stuffing a couple of raisins into my mouth.

Lying on mama's lap with a "chut chut" face.

Doing a proper "chut chut" face for the camera!

Playdate with Leticia and Brayven

Brayven and me exploring his mama's bed ...

... so that we can pull out all the stickers that Leticia stuck there!

Leticia looking very sleepy after her looooong nap, hahaaa.

Pushing Leticia's shopping basket around the house!

Little explorer

Por por asked me to explore the bicycle ...

Trying to figure out how to get the yellow bear off the bike ...

... and trying to figure out how to remove one of the plastic leg rests.

Cycling at Bukit Batok

We bought the bicycle over to Bukit Batok so that we can cycle on Saturdays and Sundays. There's simply no time and opportunity to do so on weekdays at Dover.

We survived!

Papa and me were on our own tonight as mama had to stay back in the office till 7 plus for the first time in many many years (to compensate for having left office at 2pm yesterday cos my diary allergies in school after lunch). Papa and me had raisins, chicken wings, mango, banana and a wee bit of milk before mama came home. "Mr Messy", what an apt shirt!

Huggies

Did Huggies just launch a new packaging? We've never seen this before. Anyway, we bought an XL pack to try. I've finally upgraded to an XL size, yoohoo!

Drawing board

(Pics from Sunday) Kong kong helping me to unwrap my b-day pressie from auntie Weena.

Oh, it's a magnetic drawing board!

Was super engrossed in doodling within minutes of opening the box.

Trying to figure out why the two chops are stuck together ... hehee, thanks for the thoughtful gift, auntie Weena!!

Stickers on the face

(Pics from Saturday) Stuck a couple of alphabet stickers on my face, and insisted on doing the same for por por.

Was busying transporting a big bag of barang barang from the hall to the kitchen.

Had to disembark on the way back, so that I could get into the hall again.

Here's my normal look.

Here's my ultra whiney look, cos I needed to solicit for help to refill my box of Os

Gathering at Sentosa

We had a date with four other tods and their families on Good Friday. We were supposed to have a picnic by the beach, but it was pouring when we reached the island. Here's me hanging around the hotel lobby while waiting for the rest to arrive, and for the rain to abate.

We ended up having our picnic at Jesse's room.

Jesse was planning to scuttle off from the bed, but gamely paused to pose for the shot before he ran away, haha.

Claire loves her nuggets and fries with lotsa BBQ sauce!

The weather finally cleared up at 5 plus when we've finished up the food. Here's Raphael being very engrossed in his sand art.

Tadaah! Sand city courtesy of the adults!

I was totally put off by the sand, refusing to step on it as I thought it was "dirty".

Bawled really really loudly when papa decided to drop me into the sand.

Stopped crying once papa carried me off the sand and walked me to a grassy patch to see a peacock.

JK and his daddy were there too, as JK didn't want to play with the sand as well.

I had fun at the beach eventually, when I found respite inside auntie Michele's Huggies tent. Was busy shifting the bags and balls from one end of the tent to the other.

After the party dispersed at about 6 plus, we made our way to Rasa's children's pool.

Clung on to papa like a leech as usual.

Enjoyed the pool and requested to come back again the next day (now, that's a first)!
