Jelly for dinner

So what happened on the rest of Saturday? We had an early dinner at Waraku.

Here's me surveying the restaurant after being plonked onto the high chair.

When mama asked for a glass of water for me, I was offered warm water in a plastic cup with a plastic straw. Restaurant was ultra kid friendly and service was great!

One of the main reasons of bringing me to Waraku is so that mama can try the kids menu. Two Saturdays ago, she wanted to try one of the sets, but I wasn't with her so she couldn't order it.

Playing with chopsticks, bowls and spoons has become a routine at every meal taken outside the house.

Mama and papa couldn't get a decent shot of me looking into the camera.

Here's a complimentary magnetic set that came together with the kids meal. No, I'm not allowed to play with it though, cos the magnets are so small that I might eat them up.

Learning from papa that 'J' is for 'Jane'!

Didn't enjoy the food that was offered to me, so most of my rice and chicken ended up on the floor instead.

Guess what I had for dinner in the end? A big cup of mango jelly! High in sugar, low in nutritional value but well, seeing that I had a really lousy appetite on Saturday, I managed to get my way after all.
