Thoughts about toddler program

Checklist of plus points about my school's toddler program:
1. Sunny and spacious outdoor playing area for climbing and cycling
2. Clean and spacious indoor area for sleeping, eating and learning
3. No clutter around the areas where todds keep their personal belongings
4. Materials and toys found in school are all new since the school only opened last year
5. Scheduled water play once a week
6. Occasional walks around the vicinity of the school
7. Program will help me become more independent in feeding, drinking, dressing, bathing and etc

Checklist of minus points about my school's toddler program:
1. Not as accessible as one of the other centres Mama has considered. It takes us slightly over 15 min to get to school from home (cross overhead bridge, take 1 or 2 shuttle buses). Then after dropping me off in school, mama needs to walk 15 min (or 7 min drive if she manages to hitch a ride) to get to work. If she chooses the third centre, she wouldn't have to take 2 shuttle buses, nor walk such a long distance to get to her office
2. Costliest among the three
3. School cook seasons the food liberally
4. School uniforms are required (not sure whether they require ironing though)
