Here's my post haircut look. Mama spent quite a while persuading me to go for a haircut today. She knew that I needed one, but whenever she broached the topic, I would go "por por por por" cos haircuts are associated with por por only. But I eventually agreed to go to the old fashioned salon downstairs provided we get to bring a book along to read...







... and I specified that it had to be the "mei mei book! Viola! The haircut was a success!!! I was well prepared that there would be snipping and shaving involved since we spend over 30 min negotiating the terms. Mama read the book aloud twice and our haircut was done w/out any squirming at all. The auntie was so impressed that she thought mama must be a school teacher!
