Going green again
Papa and me are decked in our fav weekend colour yet again.
No matter how the camera woman tried, she just couldn't get me to look straight at the camera.
Here's probably my best attempt at looking straight ahead for the day.
Am fascinated by these machines, cos there are so many colourful balls inside them!
** PS: Mama bought a green top today, so that she won't feel so left out of the boys' club every weekend! **
UPS bear
Por por added this UPS bear to my toy box over the weekend. I didnt really go near the bear, and kept signing that I was very "scared" of it. Kong kong thinks that the bear could be too furry for my liking.

Present from class
I have joined the toddlers' class on a part-time basis, and today was a classmate's last day at school. Her papa gave out goodie bags to all of us delighted kids. Mama's wondering if she should prepare a set of bags for me and my classmates on children's day.
Champagne grapes
What's this?
Mmmmm, they taste really good!
May I have some more please?

School menu
Popiah skin
I am por por's little helper. My job is to separate the popiah skin layer by layer.
Grabbing a fistful of the popiah skin ...
... and then crushing a piece with my pudgy fingers.

Bottle feeding
Mama was off for lunch with papa on Sunday afternoon. Por por decided that she would take the opportunity to "re-introduce" me to the bottle, since the last time I've been bottlefed w/out significant protest is in June. She finds bottle feeding a lot more convenient than cup and straw feeding.
In any case, I spent a lot more time trying to stuff the milk upon my little dog, big dog and bear, rather than into my mouth. I stomached about 30ml in all.
Go green!
Papa and me were decked in green on Saturday. I'm sulking in this pic as it's an extremely hot day to be outdoors.
We travelled half the island to visit 奶奶 at her Aljunied house.
We trotted over to visit 爷爷 at the next block as well. Papa tried out his army uniform as he might be going back for his first ever reservist call up soon.
爷爷 knew that I was coming, so he set aside an old-school fishing toy for me.
I was kept me entertained for the entire duration that mama took to finish off the main section of the Saturday papers.

Apple crisps
After having walked around Raffles City with our mums, we babies adjorned to the nursery room for a snack.
Cherelle looks hungry as she stares at me munch.
All four of us shared a pack of freeze dried Fuji apple crisps, that was dispensed by Caitlyn's mom.
No prize for guessing what Cherelle and me are looking at. And Gladys is not looking up cos she already has a piece in her mouth!
Posing for pics is a breeze as all of us have been "bribed".
Queuing up dutifully to get the crisps.
Cherelle stood by to wait for everyone else to have their turn before getting her own crisps.
Making myself comfortable on a taller chair, so that I am closer to the crisps!
Cherelle and Caitlyn had enough, so they wandered off to check out a lady bug bag ...
... as for me, I think I shall sit and wait for more crisps to come my way!
Harness buddy
"Caitlyn, what's that?"
"It's my harness buddy, and it helps prevent me from getting lost in crowds."
"This is how you should hold the harness."
"Caitlyn, where exactly do you want to go? Hiyah, gals are so indecisive!"
Gathering at Shokudo Japanese Food Bazaar
There was an April mums and tots gathering at Shokudo today. I arrived in an extremely dazed mode as I was abruptly woken up from my 1/2 hr nap at the entrance of the bazaar.
Everyone was trying to clamour onto the slide from both sides, while I continued to remain dazed and unfazed by the mayhem.
A few of us got away from the crowd and decided to engage in some quiet play instead ...
... quiet and serious play, that is.
Being very serious with Gladys here, as we attempt to topple some dining trays.
Por por dropped by to say hi, as she just finished an assignment nearby.
Getting introduced to Heineken beer!

School playground
The afternoon was nice and sunny, just right for a trip to the school playground! Too bad mama didn't bring her camera today, but her camera phone should suffice.
Dwarfed by the equipment in the playground ...
Checking out the stuff that's available as I haven't had the chance to visit the toddler playground often.
Will get to come here on a more regular basis when I start my toddler classes in a couple of weeks time!

Whining on the floor
Here's me whining on the kitchen floor this morning. Woke up at 7.45am, while mama was packing my lunch and papa was taking his shower. On a typical weekday, I would usually continue sleeping till someone picked me up in the ergo. Woke up abt 15 minutes earlier today though.
Tried to seek some attention from my folks, but seeing that I would probably get none, I just flipped on the kitchen floor and whined till mama finished her stuff and picked me up for a hug.

The good behaviour book
Mama picked this up from the office library today. This is way out of her league as she's not a self-help book junkie. Well, not that I have been consistently misbehaving, but she thought it might be good to pick up a few tips from the book in case I ever exhibit the much touted "Terrible Twos" syndrome anytime soon.
So far she's read Chap 2, skimmed through Chap 3, and then went on to Chap 11. That's how booooooooooring the book is compared to her usual reads. The book has since been passed on to Papa.
