Sucking toes
I look like an army recruit now, after por por bought me for my regular haircut over the weekend.
Found a rubber band on Sunday, and tried to walk around the house with the band tied on my feet.
Hmm, actually sucking toes is so much easier than walking around with the rubber band.
Yum yum ...
Ok, enough of lazing around ...
I've gotta work my butt to contribute to the well-being of this family!
Happy 57th birhday!
Getting the paraphernalia in place so that we can sing the birthday song soon!
Wait, I have to stick the birthday tag into the cake first!
Happy birthday to kong kong, who officially turns 57 today!
Kong kong says that I can blow the candle out now!
Wooooooooooh!
Handing kong kong his gift, which is a nalgene bottle for him to drink his
luo han fruit water.
Party hat
Bought home a party pack from school.
Oh no, the party hat is slipping off my head.
Ha, actually it looks cuter like this!
Manipulative corner?
Mama caught me playing at the "manipulative corner" in school on Friday. The name of the corner just sounds weird.
Macaroni art work by me!
Hmm, this looks like a flimsy star, hahaa.
These are my classmates!
We belong to the 1.5-2 years old class. There are only 5 of us in this class at the moment, as most of the toddlers in the school are in the 2-3 years old class.
Everyone in this pic belongs to the older class. My younger classmates have all gone home for the day.
Can you find my face inside the b-day chart?
Am eating spagetti in this pic!

Grounded at home
What's a sick and whiney toddler to do when he's grounded at home for 2 days? One, tinkle on the ivories ...
... and pose cheekily for the camera.
Two, watch lots of videos and laugh over my own silly antics (ate the entire blue container of Breakfast O's for lunch today, yeah)!
Three, sneak out to NTUC to restock on my stash of jelly ...
... and my stash of diapers.
Four, play with my toys ...
... and ensure that they don't get dehydrated and sick like me.

Lunch at MD 11
We had lunch at the little cafe in MD 11 ... it's spagetti as usual for me. Earlier on, I had kicked up a ruckus at Dr Chan's office. Had refused to let him and his two students look inside my mouth/take my temperature. Was only mildly pacified when he offered me a fruits and veg book to flip.
After a couple of small mouthfuls, I decided that I didn't want mama to be feeding me ...
... choosing instead to contend with the mess myself. And of course, I didn't finish the whole plate. The majority of my spagetti is being saved up for my consumption when I wake up from my afternoon nap (have been sleeping since 3.20pm).
Sent home from school
Flipping my doggie book in the cab, on the way to school.
Apart from my slightly parched lips (drank very little water over the wekeend), it started out as an ordinary enough Wednesday. By the time mama reached her office however, she found out that the school had asked for me to be sent home. Mama had earlier on informed the school that I was sick over the weekend. When I was checked in the morning, a teacher found a spot on my back (actually a pimple w/ pus). As a precaution though, the school wanted us to get a doc's letter to certify that I was not down with HFMD. So papa brought me to NUH, while mama finished up some work before joining us at the hospital at lunch time.
Errands
Hearty breakfast for mama at Holland V's Swensons ... We were supposed to meet up with Caitlyn/Cherelle to go to the zoo yesterday, but because I was a little sick still, mama decided to bring me around to run errands instead. Mama wanted to sign up for a new Internet-only bank account (finally!), sign up for a credit card (finally!), get papa's x-mas present and if we have time, shop around for suitable x-mas presents for other family members.
Enjoying my spagetti. In case you're wondering, no I did finish the whole plate. Mama packed most of it in the thermos so that I could have some more of it later in the day.
Ran off to play with the balloons after I've had my fill of spagetti and apple juice.
Developed a slight reaction (see red areas around mouth) after my meal ...
... but I'm in a happy mood nonetheless, given that there's balloons to play with!
Next up was a trip to the bank. There was no crowd and no queue at the bank. In fact, there were twice the number of service staff as compared to the customers at the bank. And this was at lunch time, no less!
I was happily entertaining myself throughout the hour, prodding buttons on the copiers and printers around the room.
Showing mama a "happy face" before scuttering off to play with the copier again.

Whiney weekend
I was down with a fever on Saturday. Supposedly had a throat infection according to the GP downstairs. Was super whiney, and wanted to do nothing but latch on to drink BM once every 1/2 hour. Mama was a little sick herself, so the weekend was totally ruined.
Was not well enough to play with/entertain por por and kong kong over the weekend. So here's wishing them a happy (belated) grandparents' day! Hope kong kong's procedure at the hospital later this week goes smoothly as planned.
Don't run away!
Attempting to touch the morning rays that have made their way into por por's kitchen ...
Has the shadow moved?
I'll have to follow it!
Don't run away!
Huff, puff, and blow!
After our friday evening dinner, we decided to get a small cake for kong kong to celebrate his b-day in advance.
Getting pointers on how to blow to candle out.
